Engagement Models & Pricing

My baseline rate is €1,000 / day. I offer three main engagement models:

• Project (A-to-Z): Typical A-to-Z implementations range from €45,000 – €60,000, delivering a fully automated ‘Single Source of Truth’ that typically reduces manual reporting work by 90%.
• Strategic Advisory: Ongoing technical leadership and fractional Head of Data oversight. Starting from €2,500/month.
• Staff Augmentation: My Staff Augmentation rate is €1,000 / day for senior-level engineering that supports your existing team without the overhead of an agency.
